What to send

  • Bug reports — tell us which tool, what you tried, what happened, and ideally your browser + OS.
  • Tool requests — describe the job in one sentence. Be specific (e.g. "merge 3 PDFs into one with a custom page order").
  • Feedback — what's confusing, what's slow, what would make you come back.
  • Partnerships / business — same address, lead with your ask.

What we can't help with

We can't recover passwords, unlock unknown PDFs, or process files for you on our end — every tool runs in your browser only. If a tool fails, the file or the password is the issue, not our servers (we don't have any).

Response time

Usually 1–3 business days. We're a small team. If your message is urgent, say so in the subject line.
